Being made of stainless steel or alloy steel strip, the end of the auxiliary frame of bar is high in strength, corrosion resistant, good in elasticity, capable of insertion in a single direction during installation that is convenient and secure.

Both the main and auxiliary frames of bar use swivel snap design, with the plane where the snapping point is located protruding for a small height and being close to the bottom side of the lower edge of bar. Two folding stiffening plates are bound together securely and closely resulting in improved anti-cracking property of the product, higher bar strength, increased bar load capacity and being not easy to bend and deform. In addition, the swivel snap design enhances the anti-torsion ability to ensure the groove opening being kept from deformation and no accumulated error in case of integrated ceiling suspension in a large area. Being large in load capacity, high in shock resistance, it is safe and reliable and with interlock design, it is effort-saving and express in installation, convenient for reinstallation after removal.

Double-sided hot-dip galvanizing sheet steel with zinc coating over 180g pre square meter is used for fine type bars and that with zinc coating over 100g per square meter for popular type bars. With multi-layered paint baking on both sides, it is highly humid and corrosion proofing ,free from rusting, deformation, discoloration, uniform and pure in bar color and free from color difference in case of continuous supply.
